    Weight Watchers wanted a strong on-pack promotion to boost sales of their yogurts and fromage frais in the face of increased competitor activity.
    We devised and implemented a 2-tier joint promotion in conjunction with Avon, the worlds largest cosmetics company.
    STAGE 1   An on-pack FREE mail-in offer on selected Avon products.
    STAGE 2   A Weight Watchers- sponsored competition, entered via leaflet and distributed by Avon’s doorstep representatives.
